Refund Policy

At Mazic Fox, we are committed to transparency in our services and fee structure. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

1. Processing Fee

Mazic Fox charges a one-time processing fee for first-time applicants seeking assistance with financial products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment services.

Important Points:

    • The processing fee is non-refundable.

    • The fee covers consultation, documentation support, eligibility evaluation, and application processing assistance.

    • The fee remains valid for 1 year from the date of payment, during which customers may reapply or seek further assistance without paying the fee again.

Payment of the processing fee does not guarantee approval of any financial product.

2. Course Access & Refunds

As part of the processing fee benefit, customers receive access to two educational courses.

Once course access has been granted:

    • The fee becomes strictly non-refundable.

    • No partial refunds will be provided.

    • Course content cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

3. Rejection of Application

Mazic Fox acts as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and facilitator. Final approval of loans, credit cards, insurance policies, or other financial products is solely at the discretion of the respective bank, NBFC, insurer, or financial institution.

If an application is:

    • Rejected

    • Delayed

    • Approved for a lower amount

No refund will be provided, as Mazic Fox does not control lender decisions.

4. Duplicate Payments

In case of verified duplicate payment due to technical error:

    • Customers must notify us within 7 days.

    • Upon verification, the duplicate amount (if any) may be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5. Fraudulent or Misleading Information

If it is found that a customer has:

    • Submitted false documents

    • Provided misleading information

    • Attempted fraudulent activity

No refund will be issued, and services may be terminated immediately.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Any refund requests outside the above terms will be reviewed at the sole discretion of Mazic Fox management. The company reserves the right to approve or deny such requests.
