1. Nature of Business

Mazic Fox operates as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and financial services facilitator. We act as an intermediary between customers and banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and other financial institutions.

We assist customers in applying for:

    • Loans (Personal, Home, Business, Vehicle, Gold, etc.)

    • Credit Cards

    • Insurance Products

    • Investment & Banking Products

    • Mutual Funds & Bonds

    • Digital Gold & Silver

Mazic Fox does not directly lend money or issue financial products. Final approval is subject to the respective institution’s policies.

2. Processing Fee Policy

Mazic Fox charges a one-time non-refundable processing fee for first-time applicants.

Key Terms:

    • The processing fee is valid for 1 year from the date of payment.

    • During this validity period, customers may reapply or seek assistance without paying the fee again.

    • The fee covers consultation, documentation guidance, application processing, and support services.

The processing fee does not guarantee approval, disbursement, or issuance of any financial product.

3. Complimentary Course Access

As a value-added benefit, customers who pay the processing fee will receive access to two educational courses equivalent in value to the processing fee:

    2. Common Financial Mistakes That Damage Your CIBIL Score

Course Terms:

    • Course access is for personal use only.

    • Content may not be copied, redistributed, or resold.

    • Course access validity will be as specified at the time of enrollment.

    • Courses are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice.

4. No Guarantee of Approval

Mazic Fox does not guarantee:

    • Loan approval

    • Specific interest rates

    • Credit card issuance

    • Insurance policy approval

    • Investment returns

All decisions are made solely by the respective financial institution based on their internal credit and risk policies.

5. Refund Policy

    • The processing fee is non-refundable, as it covers consultation, documentation support, and course access.

    • Refunds will not be provided due to rejection by banks or financial institutions.

    • Once course access is granted, the fee cannot be reversed.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate and genuine information.

    • Submit authentic documents.

    • Not misuse the platform or attempt fraudulent applications.

    • Comply with applicable Indian laws and financial regulations.

Mazic Fox reserves the right to terminate services in case of misrepresentation or fraud.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, course materials, graphics, and text are the intellectual property of Mazic Fox and may not be reproduced without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mazic Fox shall not be liable for:

    • Application rejections

    • Financial losses arising from lender decisions

    • Delays caused by third-party institutions

    • Technical website issues beyond reasonable control

Services are provided on a best-effort and facilitation basis.

9. Privacy

All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data sharing with relevant financial institutions for processing purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Odisha.

11. Changes to Terms

Mazic Fox reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
